Jane Pope offers 2 Yoga classes at the hall.


Thursday 10.30am - 12pm and Friday 10.15-11.45am.


The Thursday class is for people who have practiced yoga recently and focuses on a stronger practice. The Friday class is an ‘all welcome’ session.


Both sessions include…

Postures/stretches/movement

Breathing exercises

Relaxation


Fees are currently £12 dropin for the 90 minutes.


Very supportive and friendly environment and students.

Jane is an experienced and qualified Yoga Teacher.
