Come along and join us for Pilates Every Mon & Wed at 10.00am
I’d love for you to join me for my 60 Min Pure Pilates Sessions using small equipment (resistance bands & pilates balls) delivered by an empathetic instructor with over 20 years Pilates teaching experience.
Sessions are fun, varied and tailored to allow for different fitness levels and experience.
Benefit from a class that improves posture, relieves stress, improves back health and core strength along with increased muscle strength, tone, flexibility and joint mobility.
This is a lovely group with the classes being held at Lapworth Village Hall which has plentiful parking and great facilities.
Pilates equipment is provided but you will need to bring with you water, a thick towel and your own pilates or yoga mat.
All sessions are £8 and also available on a pay as you go basis.
