Lapworth Elderberries

Would you like a warm and friendly place to go to on a cold Tuesday afternoon, then why not come along to Elderberries?

We are a group of around thirty members, ladies and gentlemen, ages ranging from 60's to 90's

We meet once a week, from

, in Lapworth Village Hall.

We arrange occasional and very simple quizzes, we provide light

meals, once a month, such as Ploughman’s / Soup & Sandwiches, play card bingo games, and have one session per month when the group can just please themselves what they do (play cards, scrabble, or just chat). We have also recently introduced our “Berries Bring & Buy”, which has proved popular and is a bit of fun. We also have a

lovely lady who comes once a month to guide us with gentle exercises.

None of these activities is mandatory, if you don’t want to join in with them, then don’t. Some of our members prefer to just sit and chat.
